Neu Tool & Supply Return Policy (New items only)
Effective October 1, 2024
- All new returns require a pre-approved Return Goods Authorization Form (RGA)
- Upon arrival all returns will be inspected to confirm they are in the original packaging and in saleable condition.
- New and saleable stocking items must be returned within 1 year of purchase unless deemed otherwise at time of purchase.
- Returning a special-order item (if returnable to the vendor) within 1 year or less of purchase date will result in a minimum restocking fee of 10% unless otherwise specified on your invoice.
- Due to technological implications and updates of specific tools and equipment, a return window of 30 days or less has been applied to items listed below. These items will be deemed non-returnable after 30 days from date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
- Scan Tools, Batteries and Chargers, other electrical and diagnostic equipment (including A/C Recyclers)
- All returns are to be shipped, at the customers expense, to Neu Tool & Supply, attention Returns/Account Manager.
- The following items are considered non-returnable.
- Used Items
- Discontinued items
- Perishable food items
- Items past their shelf life
- Truck worn items (truck worn is defined as products in which original packaging or instruction sheets are faded, torn, dirty or defaced)
- Items not purchased from Neu Tool
- Special order items specified as non-returnable
- Items sold as-is are non-returnable; Closeouts and Scratch & Dent
- If any part of a promotional purchase is returned, the cost associated with any missing component(s) will be deducted from the amount of the return.
- Please note that once a return is processed credits can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account.
