Shipping Information

Freight Policy (effective 1/1/2022)

• Prepaid status will be determined by the value of the shipment.
• Qualifying orders will be shipped to one address via a carrier selected by Neu Tool.
• Additional fees may be applied to the invoice if using a customer-requested carrier.
• Shipping terms: F.O.B. Destination, when shipping to a customer’s business address.
• Shipping terms: F.O.B. Origin, when shipping to a third-party recipient.
• Prepaid shipping terms do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Contact your Account Representative for more information.

Small Parcel Shipments

Neu Tool & Supply will pre-pay freight based on the zone map and terms listed below.

• Additional fees may apply to single items weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Maximum weight of a single item is 75 pounds.
• Additional fees may be applied to the invoice for over-size items.

Motor Freight Shipments

Additional fees may be applied to the invoice for residential delivery, limited access, liftgate or other special services.
