All warranty claims require a pre-approved Return Goods Authorization Form (RGA)
All warranty items are subject to inspection upon arrival to Neu Tool to ensure compliance with manufacturer’s warranty guidelines BEFORE being submitted to the manufacturer.
Common things not covered under warranty
Normal wear and tear
Item damaged when used for not its intended purpose/abused items
Manipulated/altered items
Warranty claim merchandise will be credited or repaired/replaced following the respective manufacturer’s warranty guidelines and policy.
Service items require a completed service form documenting the item’s problem.
If any costs need to be incurred by the customer, the customer will be notified before repair.
If no response is given from the customer after 30 days and a minimum of 4 attempts were documented. Neu Tool will field destroy the merchandise.
If merchandise does not fall under the manufacturer's warranty guidelines, Neu Tool will notify the customer of the denial and will field destroy the items unless the customer requests Neu Tool to ship them back (shipping paid by the customer).
After 30 days of notice and a minimum of 4 attempts are documented, Neu Tool will field destroy the merchandise.
Warranty Claims cannot exceed more than 3% of your previous year’s total purchases
